A Lancashire-based business, Ainsworth Lord Estates Limited, has been served an Enforcement Notice by the Information Commissioner's Office as a result of not responding to a Subject Access Request.
This SAR was invoked on 4th September, and no response was received. A complaint was made to the ICO in January 2018, which led to the Enforcement Notice. Failure to comply with the Enforcement Notice is a criminal offence.
