Enforcement Action Against Illegal Data Use by Charity Worker

The ICO has reported that a former charity worker has been prosecuted for 3 offences relating to misuse of personal data.
"Robert Morrisey sent spreadsheets containing the information of vulnerable clients to his personal email address without any business need to do so, which was without the consent of the data controller."
