How do I know if my organisation has to comply with GDPR?

Does your company or organisation store, use, manage contact information of customers, prospects, suppliers, members, employees?
This is referred to as Personal Data that can identify a living human being that resides in the EU - further examples of Personal Data include amongst other things Vehicle Registration Number, Passport Number, National Insurance Number: Location Data - Address, Post Code, Mobile Number; Online Identifiers - IP address, personal cookies, IMEI of your device.
If the answer is YES then you are obliged to comply with the GDPR and you need to start your compliance journey.
